COLLABORATOR.COM ASSOCIATES PROGRAM
You must place the collaborator.com link (text, logo, etc. ) or banner on your web-site. The collaborator.com link or banner will be to: http://www.collaborator.com
Collaborator.com grants you permission to download a Collaborator® logo to use on your web-site for participation in this program. You may download the Collaborator® logo from our web-site: http://www.collaborator.com.
There will be no reciprocal links or banners. In return, your web-site and any of your visitors will receive either a commission or a discount towards many collaborator.com product(s) or service(s) purchased.
The purchase of product(s) and/or services must be at full retail price (suggested or otherwise) and, only directly from collaborator.com. No other discounts may be applied or combined. There is a limit of one discount per purchase, offer, customer, entity, company, organization, etc. Discounts may not be applicable towards some merchandise, offers, upgrades, specials, services, shipping and handling, taxes, customs, fees, etc.
To be eligible for a discount towards collaborator.com product(s) and/or service(s), a predesignated code referring to your web-site must be mentioned by your visitor prior to purchase and sent with the payment. Product(s) and service(s) must be purchased directly from collaborator.com. There will be no discounts given after payment has been received and/or the purchase has been made. All sales are final. There are no refunds.

COLLABORATOR® SOFTWARE DISCOUNTS
A customer will receive five United States dollars ($5.00*usd) off the full purchase price of Collaborator® III Plus PC software, Collaborator® for the PC software or Collaborator® for the Macintosh software, when he/she mentions your web-site predesignated code prior to purchase. In order to receive the discount, the code must be sent along with payment. Discount may be applied only once per customer or entity regardless of web-site special codes and whether he/she visits the same or different web-sites in order to receive discounts on Collaborator® software and/or services.
Your web-site will receive a percentage of the product's actual cost (excluding shipping and handling; taxes; customs; etc.) AFTER the customer's discount has been applied. A commission will be paid only once per customer or entity regardless of web-site special codes and whether he/she visits the same or different web-sites in order to receive discounts on Collaborator® software and/or services.
During each quarter of the calendar year: Sold products #1 through #10: your web-site receives 3% commission. Sold products #11 through #20: your web-site receives 3 1/2% commission. Sold products #21 through #30+: your web-site receives 4% commission. Web-site commission checks will be mailed no earlier than fifteen days after the end of each quarter of the calendar year: January 15; April 15; July 15; October 15. Commission checks will be mailed when commissions total a minimum of twenty five United States dollars ($25.00*usd) after any applicable fees stated below are deducted. Commissions will be paid in United States dollars, drawn on a United States bank or savings institution. Checks will be sent by regular United States mail. In the event that a web-site requests commissions to be paid in a way other than
stated above (i.e., International Postal Money Orders; wire transfers; foreign currency; currency conversion; etc.) or sent by a means other than by regular United States mail (i.e., FedEx; UPS; DHL; Airborne Express; etc.) any, and all, fees, charges, taxes, etc. shall be deducted from the commission prior to payment to the web-site. Should such aforementioned fees exceed the total of the commission, no commission will be paid.
Statements reflecting commissions earned will be e-mailed to the associate no earlier than fifteen days after the end of each quarter of the calendar year.

In order to receive the discount, the code must be sent along with payment. Discount may be applied only once per customer or entity regardless of web site special codes and whether he/she visits the same or different web-sites in order to receive discounts on Collaborator® software and/or services. Minimum charges may apply.

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
This agreement shall remain in effect until terminated. Collaborator.com reserves the right to change or modify the Collaborator.com Associate Program, offers, etc. at any time. In the event that any part of this agreement is deemed to be invalid, all other parts of the agreement shall remain in force. A web-site may terminate its participation in this agreement by having the original representative for the web-site send written notification to the other web-site representative thirty days prior to the date the web-site wishes the contract to be null and void. Any commissions due to a "terminated" web-site (not totaling a minimum of $25.00*usd) shall be forfeited.
